  The Saint Vrain Market deli has some of the best sandwiches in the world. They bake their bread at the deli, use the choicest meats and freshest veggies, and their brown bag special is a great deal! Perfect place to pop in while you're strolling around Lyons or to grab a bite before you head up into the mountains. Some people complain that their groceries are a little expensive, but when you factor in the time and gas it would take you to go to Boulder, Longmont, or Estes -- they offer a great value. Their meats and sausages can't be beat.
